QB Issue Resolution:
Sounds like you received a Line Of Credit. You can set this up as a Credit Card type in the Chart Of Accounts. You can use the Enter Credit Card Charges when you spend the money on purchases. When you put money in the Line Of Credit, you can use Write Check, assuming funds is coming from Checking Account to Line Of Credit. In the Write Check screen, select Line Of Credit in the From Account field. Reconcile the Line Of Credit each Month.
