We have identified that the error is related to automatic updates that occur when transactions are updated overnight. You can download those missing transactions successfully by running a manual update on your Chase account(s). Just follow these steps:

1. Log in to QuickBooks Online.
2. Click on the Transactions tab.
3. Click on Banking.
4. Click the blue Update button.
