QB Issue Resolution:
We are aware of an emerging issue impacting QuickBooks Online users that are unable to log into the Mac App after upgrading to OS X (10.11) El Capitan. When these users attempt to log in they get the error message “We encountered a problem trying to sign in. Please try again.”
