QB Issue Resolution:

Are the tabs from the left menu missing from your account? If so, just click on the hamburger icon on top of your company logo. I’ll be adding a screenshot below for your reference.

First, try using a private browser or an incognito window when trying to log in to your account and check if the menu from the left navigation bar. If it works, clear the cache in the one that you’re currently using:

  • For Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N.
  • For Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl+Shift+P.
