QB Issue Resolution:
You cannot link PayPal into your Checking Account.
PayPal should be set up as a Bank Account.
When you receive payments via PayPal, you Deposit the payments into PayPal, not the Checking Account.
When you make purchases via PayPal, you use Check and make sure PayPal is selected in the Bank Account, not the Checking Account.
When you transfer money out of PayPal in to the Checking Account, click on + and click Transfer. From Account: PayPal To Account: Checking Account.
When you transfer money into PayPal from Checking Account. Go to Transfer From Account: Checking Account To Account: PayPal.
Make sure you Reconcile PayPal each month just like you do the Checking Account.
