QB Issue Resolution:
Most of the printer preferences are stored in the QuickBooks Prefs. You can throw those out and start again.
To do so:
0. Quit QuickBooks
1. In the finder, hold down the option key, and select Go->Library.
2. A finder window will open to the ~/Library directory. Double click on the Preferences folder.
3. Within the Preferences folder, drag com.intuit.QuickBooks2014.plist to the trash.
4. Restart QuickBooks
If that doesn’t fix it, when printing next time hold down the option key when you click on the print button. That clears some other (internal) preferences.
