Ok, So here is the info you will need to get up and running…..QBO system requirements are:
A computer with a supported web browser installed (see below). We recommend:

Mac: Intel-based Mac running OS X 10.5 or later
We do not support the Linux operating system, including Ubuntu or Fedora
A high-speed Internet connection (DSL, cable, T1) 1024×768 minimum screen resolution
QBO’s supported browsers (for Windows):
Please check with the browser’s developer for its system requirements.
Google Chrome (this browser automatically keeps itself updated)
Mozilla Firefox (this browser automatically keeps itself updated)
Microsoft Internet Explorer, version 10 or later (32-bit version recommended)
It sounds to me like the operating system may need to be updated before the browsers will allow you to work on QBO. Hope that gets you back to business today.
