QB Issue Resolution:
When importing a Web Connect file (.qbo) downloaded from a financial institution’s web site you receive the following message:
Title: QuickBooks Web Connect
Message: There are no new transactions available. Please check again tomorrow.

Why this is happening
You may receive this message for a number of reasons:
The Web Connect file doesn’t contain any new transactions.
The transactions have already been imported.
Your QuickBooks company file may be damaged.
You imported a QuickStatement with a longer date range, then attempted to re-import a statement for dates within that range.
How to fix it
Intuit recommends 4 solutions for this problem. The first solution may solve your problem, or you may need to try all of them to resolve the issue. For best results, perform the solutions in the order shown.
Solution 1: Toggle your preferences
In QuickBooks, go to the Edit menu then Preferences.
On the left side of the screen, select Checking.
Click the Company Preferences tab, and locate the Online Banking section at the bottom.
Toggle the preference. For example: if Side-By-Side Mode is selected, switch to Register Mode.
Click OK. QuickBooks will close all windows to make this change.
Repeat steps 1 through 3.
Toggle the preference back to your preferred mode.
If this does not resolve the issue, try solution 2.
Solution 2: Deactivate and reactivate online access for the account
In QuickBooks, go to the Lists menu, then select Chart of Accounts.
Right-click the appropriate account and select Edit Account.
Click the Online Services tab and select Deactivate All Online Services.
Click Save & Close.
Import the existing Web Connect file.
If the import fails, rebuild your company file.
If the import still fails, try solution 3.
Solution 3: Test a new company file
Create a new company file .
Create a new bank account .
Download a new Web Connect file and import it to QuickBooks:
If new transactions download into this new file, then the original account is damaged, proceed to Solution 4.
If new transactions don’t show up in the new file, contact your financial institution for further assistance.
Solution 4: Create a new bank account in your company file
Back up your company file.
Create a new bank account .
Merge your old bank account into the new account.
