QB Issue Resolution:
I understand that encountering problems with Form 941 can be frustrating, but let me help you with this.
If you’re unable to override the form, you definitely can create a liability adjustment to get rid of the fraction of cents showing off.
If the amount is showing positive, you just have to create a negative liability adjustment. If it’s showing negative, you can create a positive liability adjustment.
You can go to Employees menu at the top > Payroll Taxes and Liabilities > Adjust Payroll Liabilities.
Create a company adjustment of either one of the items from the FICA taxes (Federal Withholding, Social Security, Medicare) to offset the amount of the tax in your 941 Form.
