QB Issue Resolution:
If you send an online invoice and your customer pays that online invoice, they have a box they can check that allows the billing info to be saved and used in the future. However, it’s an option THEY need to select.
The other option is you can request their billing information and save it to their customer profile. If you plan on doing monthly auto charging through, you should have them fill out an auto-debit authorization form.
