QB Issue Resolution:
In QB, you are right the pick ticket and sales order are the same form and does not create an invoice, all templates found in a sales order are non posting
the invoice template selection also has a packing slip, but that does record the invoice when you use it.
templates can be customized, but a true bill of lading is not possible in QB
