QB Issue Resolution:
Rules auto-categorize your transactions on the web and on the mobile app. If you manually entered them on the app, you’ll have to tag it either as Personal or Business.
If these are downloaded banking transactions, let’s perform some steps to get this working on your mobile. Here are the steps that we can do:
- Restart your phone and launch again the app.
- Update your phone’s operating system.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.
Using rules helps you to easily review and manage your transactions in the program. For more details, as well as to modify or delete rules, you can check out this article: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1764098.
