QB Issue Resolution:
Hi Momof2boys1girl, I am an Intuit employee and I will be happy to assist you with your payroll question. To be able to access the W-2s and print them from QuickBooks you need to have an active payroll subscription. I would suggest signing up for a monthly Enhanced Payroll subscription to use through the month of January, and once you are done with your year end forms and such you could cancel the service.
