Trouble uploading your logo?
We’re working to improve this experience, but in the meantime, check out the logo requirements below to best determine why your logo might not be uploading properly.
Your logo needs to:
Have a file name that ends with .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg
Be smaller than 1 MB in size
Have a bit depth (or color depth) of 24-bits or less
Use the standard RGB color space (sRGB)
Also, for best results, your logo should:
Have a white background
Be shaped more like a square than a rectangle
