QB Issue Resolution:
The HTML was not displaying checked rows calculated in totals towards the bottom of the page. resetting dates refreshed the screen. could be related to chrome zoom was set to 90% and then reset as well.
Resolution for Issue 'QB is showing $624,581.54 value for payments. I’ve exported the reconciliation grid to excel, hit sum and it reports $606,294.35, much closer to the expected amount. how can QB get a different number? in 20 years of using online edition, i’ve never run into this. i have even merged bank and QB reports, color coded and compared. the data is in sync, but the payments total at the top is still wrong, so i can’t complete the reconciliation process.' available: Yes (Solved).
