To get around this, you can disregard the old form and pull up a new one to start anew.

Here’s how:

Click the Employees drop-down menu bar.
Select Payroll Tax Forms and W-2s
Click Process Payroll Forms
Under File Forms select Quarterly Form 941/Sch.B-Employer’s Quarterly Tax Return form
Click File Form.
