QB Issue Resolution:

It’s nice to see you in the Community today. Allow me to share some overview about QuickBooks Online App.

At this time, entering credit card credits via the QuickBooks Online App isn’t available. However, you can use this app to view, create and edit invoices, attach notes and photos to customers and transactions, quotes, and add customer info.

Since this option is not yet available,  I’d recommend that you enter these transactions using a web browser for the meantime. Also, I’d encourage you to submit feedback, which is sent to the Product Development Team for review when determining features to be added in updates.  You can do this by clicking this link: http://feedback.qbo.intuit.com/.
