QB Issue Resolution:

My problem I’m having is that QBO is applying the total amount of the bill to the 1 customer when only part of the bill applies to this 1 customer, the other half of the bill belongs to another customer. I have specified on the transaction line the amount to apply to the customer but QBO ignores it and applies the total bill amount to the 1 customer anyway. I solved the problem by creating two separate bills. I spoke with QB about this and they confirmed that QBO does not function as the desktop version.
