QB Issue Resolution:
I have further checked this here in our system and we have received no reports from other users experiencing the same issue.
I know you’ve exerted a lot of effort in entering information, the only way to resolve this is to enter it again and perform the basic step which is to clear the browser cache. After clearing, you can log out and log back into your account and change the timeout duration again in QuickBooks Online.
To change the timeout, follow these steps:
- Click the Gear icon on the upper right.
- Click Account and Settings.
- Click Advanced tab at the left side menu.
- Click the pencil icon in the Other preferences section, choose 1, 2, or 3 hours from the drop-down menu next to the “Sign me out if inactive for” preference.
- Click Save.
- Click Done.
