Remittance Address on Emailed Invoices and Statements

You can add a remittance address to your invoices directly within the custom form styles. Currently, QuickBooks Online does not have a specific field to add a separate remittance address to statements; statements will display the company contact information configured in your Account and Settings.

Add a remittance address to invoices

  1. Select the Settings gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Custom Form Styles.
  3. Find the template you want to use and select Edit, or select New style and choose Invoice to create a new one.
  4. Select the Content tab.
  5. In the footer section (the bottom section of the preview), select the Pencil icon or click directly into the text area.
  6. Type your remittance address details in the box provided.
  7. Select Done to save your changes.

Verify the address used on statements

Statements use the “Customer-facing” address from your company settings. To ensure this is correct:

  1. Select the Settings gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Company tab.
  4. In the Contact info section, select the Pencil icon (✎) next to Address.
  5. Enter the correct address in the Customer-facing address field.
  6. Select Save and then Done.
