QB Issue Resolution:

QuickBooks Online is designed to use the language based on the region you signed up for. If you’re in the US, then the default language is English. Since your computer’s language setting is set up correctly, then we can try a few troubleshooting steps.

First, let’s try to refresh the installation of your QBO. This is to fix any data-related issues in the program.

Here’s how:

  1. Click Help at the top.
  2. From the drop-down, select Reset App Data.

If you get the same thing, you can uninstall and reinstall the QBO application. Here’s the link to reinstall the app: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/apps/. Scroll down to the Get the QuickBooks Mac or Windows App section, and then click the Free Download button.
