You can use the Sales Receipts feature in QuickBooks Desktop to print customer receipts for credit card charges. This feature will help send a receipt as a proof of his/her payment.


If you have an active QuickBooks Merchant account, a confirmation page displays once the payment is processed. You can then print or email the transaction.


You also have the option to access all payments and deposits on your online service account to view and download them. Here’s how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Merchant account.
  2. Select Activity & Reports, then click All Statements from the drop-down menu.
  3. Locate the month you want to see and select either:    * View to open the statement in your browser.
    * Download to save the statement on your computer as a PDF file.
