QB Issue Resolution:

You have either edited, changed or deleted a previously reconciled transaction.  Go to Reports>banking>reconciliation discrepancy report and recreate the transaction(s) which appear in this report.  NOTE your beginning balance will still be wrong, but enter your statement ending balance and when the reconciliation window opens check off the recreated transactions and proceed with the bank reconciliation.  When the difference is 0.00 reconcile.  Going forward the beginning balance will agree with your bank statement (unless you change a previously reconciled transaction).
