QB Issue Resolution:

I’m so sorry that you had that decline come through and you were not aware. When a card is declined, an email is sent to you to let you know there was a problem with one or more of your recurring transactions. It’s definitely possible that email could have been missed, or that it could have been directed to Spam. You might want to check your Spam folder to see if that email’s mistakenly been rerouted. I’m really sorry that you missed that decline, but hopefully if you find that email in your inbox, you should be able to tell your email we’re a safe sender and not spam!
