QB Issue Resolution:
Hi there sarahvorhies,
Processing a credit card refund is actually easier than I though it would be.
All you have to do is click on the + icon, and select Refund Receipt. Fill out the form, and for Payment Method, select Credit Card. Select the link that says Refund payments in QuickBooks. Enter the info, and click OK.
Make sure that you have the correct information for the credit card.
