QB Issue Resolution:

Before you disconnect your credit card from QuickBooks Online, make sure the downloaded bank transactions are already added, matched, or transferred to the correct account. You can refer to this article for more information: Assign, Categorize, Edit, and Add your Downloaded Banking Transactions.

Once these transactions are added to your register, they won’t disappear after disconnecting your credit card.

Now, here’s how you can disconnect the credit card:

  1. Click Banking on the left menu and select Banking.
  2. High-light the credit card you want to disconnect and click the pencil icon.
  3. Select the Edit account info button.
  4. In the Account window button, go to the Connected to section.
  5. Mark the Disconnect this account on save box.
  6. Click Save and Close.

Additional details would be much appreciated if you mean something else. Thanks in advance!
