QB Issue Resolution:
Don’t change 2014. The refund is just a refund, for 2015. It doesn’t change 2014.
Make sure to remove that each employee is subject to this tax, and make sure to change your Employee Default.
Then you use Payroll Liability Adjustment to 0 out wages and tax for each of those employees for the payroll items.
