QB Issue Resolution:
It’s important that your ROE shows the correct amounts. I’ll be happy to take a look into this for you.
First, I’d like to figure out if you’re using Standard Payroll or Advanced Payroll? If you’re using Standard payroll, this is a known issue and our engineers are aware of the wrong amounts being applied on line 15C of your ROE. Since the QBO ROE isn’t a form you can submit to the CRA, you can manually edit the one you’re going to submit. If the employee didn’t get paid during that period, you don’t have to worry about entering the amounts.
