QB Issue Resolution:

You may be able to choose File->Print and then choose Print To PDF from the standard Apple print dialog (you may also have to click “expand all” to see it once in the print dialog).

2009 is really old and Yosemite is really new. You should upgrade to QuickBooks Mac 2015. You can get a free trial of it for 30 days from qblittlesquare.com. The trial will update your file and be able to print the invoice, so you can do that, too. But if you enter data in 2015 you won’t be able to go back to 2009.
