QB Issue Resolution:

All sales transactions in your Square account are automatically imported into QuickBooks Online as invoices. This means that you don’t have to record your invoices and apply payments manually in QuickBooks. Otherwise, your income will be overstated.


Also, all invoices from Square will be posted under a default customer. This is because the customer data between QuickBooks Online and Square aren’t synced. This is also the reason why you can’t assign the invoices from Square to your customers in QBO.
