How to fix it
Solution: Ensure that the right company file is open and syncing
Press F2 to check the location of the company file.
In Intuit Sync Manager, right-click the company file, then select company file location to check the location of the company file in the sync manager.
Make sure that the file location is the same on both windows.
If the locations do not match, close the company file in QuickBooks and then open the company file in the correct location.
Reset the sync manager and try to sync the company file again.
