The Intuit Sync Manager application is not selected in QuickBooks preferences (Integrated Applications).
How to fix it
Solution: Register Intuit Sync Manager as an integrated application in QuickBooks
Be sure that your QuickBooks application is updated to the latest release.
Open your company file in QuickBooks.
Go to Edit > Preferences.
Select Integrated Applications.
Click the Company Preferences tab and look to see if Intuit Sync Manager is selected in the list.
If there is no checkmark,select Intuit Sync Manager.
Click Sync Now in Sync Manager while the company file is still open.
