2013: I am using QB POS Pro 2013 with 1 server and 2 workstations. How do I disconnect the Intuit Merchant Services and configure the POS back to using another merchant service.

To turn off Intuit Merchant Services, you would navigate to the Server workstation, select the File menu > Setup Interview > Payments > select Sign Out and change the question “Do you accept Credit and Debit” to No > click Done.

2013: I want to reconcile January 2014. The ending balance on the register for Dec 2013 is $805.41 which matches the bank statement.

Account recommends undoing reconciliations to find problem. Not sure if I want to do that. Should I?
