2017 version: I cannot import credit card transactions into enterprise 14 anymore. I recently updated the file, added a password. would either of these prevent the bank feeds? error?

You need to upgrade to the 2017 version. On 5/31/17 all online features in the 2014 program ceased to function.

The 2011 program is not compatible with Windows 10. You will need to upgrade to the 2017 version.

You probably received & installed a Windows 10 upgraded the caused this.

2017 version: Had to reinstall QB 2011 Pro on different pc and now I can’t add a “Backup” button or a “General Journal” button to my button panel. How come? Any workarounds?
