Click gear>feedback.  write do a better job with error 9999 and then click ok and subscribe.  It is the top problem issue right now.

9999 error: I have accounts with Capital One and Suntrust and both accounts stopped downloading transactions on the same day, with a generic 9999 error. Any ideas why and how to fix

It’s a script error.  You must report it to QuickBooks.

It’s a script error.  You must report it to QuickBooks.
