A customer: How can I identify (and off-board) customers who have had no activity since 31 March 2015? Can I report on ‘date last modified’? Or can I export all data to XL somehow?

A customer is never deleted if there have ever been transactions, all you can do is make it inactive which gets it off the customer listing
