accepted: When trying to accept an invite error message prompts “a different user has already accepted this invite”

I am so sorry you are having trouble! The first thing I would suggest is to clear out browser cache. Here is a link to instructions: http://support.qbo.intuit.com/support/answers.cfm?faq_id=1038

Then delete the invite and the email that went with it. Delete the user in QuickBooks Online then reinvite them with a fresh invitation.
