Access: I want to change my credit card for payment. I followed instructions but there is no Billing option in the accounts under the gear. Can you please help?

You need to call customer service. This us a user to user forum made up of volunteer users. We don’t have access to any records. We can’t change credit card information.

You can modify the users in QuickBooks. You should be using the Administrator’s login credentials when modifying the user’s access. Here’s how:
