There is no downgrade path on QBO.  You’ll have to cancel your current subscription and subscribe to the lower one

accidentally: I accidentally marked an invoice as paid. how do I reverse this?

Not to worry, I can help you remove the payment! Just follow the steps below:

Go to Customers (left navigation bar) > [Customer Name]
Click on Payment under the TYPE column
Click Clear Payment > Save and Close

accidentally: I uploaded a .CSV file to QBO with all bank transactions. Accidentally switched the credit/debit columns in the file. Now I need to delete 400 transactions and re-upload.

Sorry, there is no way to delete downloaded banking transactions in new QuickBooks Online.

Since you cannot delete downloaded transactions, you will have to move all unwanted downloaded transactions to “Excluded” column.
