You can turn on the discount feature in QuickBooks Online and apply it on the invoice.

To turn on discount:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select the Account and Settings option.
  3. Choose the Sales button.
  4. Click the pencil icon under Sales form content.
  5. Mark a check on the Discount check box.
  6. Click on Save.
