Yes, and they are the same. QBO doesn’t actually have a delete function, everything is just made inactive.

Accounts are a List; any list can be opened to show All or Include Inactive. Now you can click the mouse to X out the left column = make inactive.
Estimates are Transactions. There is no way to Batch change transaction status. That is one at a time.

You can edit the account name in the chart of accounts
or
make the account inactive
or
cancel the subscription (I do not know if you get a partial refund or not), and start a new subscription

Account Inactive: How do I make a credit card account inactive?
Please follow these steps to inactivate Credit Card account:
- On the left pane, click Transactions.
- Go to Chart of Accounts.
- Select the Credit Card account and under Actions, click Delete.
- Click Yes to confirm.
The account will now be inactive.
