account linked: Reconciling credit card statement, we do have account linked to QBO so transactions are downloaded. There is transaction missing in QBO but on CC statement. What do I do?

If this missing transaction was not downloaded from your bank, you can manually enter it in QuickBooks so you can finish reconciling the account. Just open the Create menu by clicking the plus sign at the top and select a specific type for your missing transaction.

Since you obviously transferred $ from the operating to the T&I account, you need to find the two transactions where the money left the operating and was deposited into that T&I acct. They must be coded wrong if you don’t see them as deposits on the T&I bank acct side. […]
