Sorry you can’t. Quickbooks is not backwards compatible. The 2015 program can’t open a file created in the 2017 program.

This is quite strange! You should be able to see your two clients under one QuickBooks Accountant file only. Let’s try asking your client to delete the invitation and invite you again. You can direct your client to the Manage Users screen.
