1. You DO have the ability to only allow your customers to pay via ACH transfer instead of card.  That way there is no fee for you.

ACH transfer: an inbound ACH transfer is stuck in pending for over 7 days. This is the first inbound ACH transfer since I have setup QB online. I have auth code and transaction ID.

Like Malcom  says seven days if there is a weekend.   Also today’s a holiday in the US so that make it eight days.
