Activate: Unable to Activate Direct Deposit

I just spoke to a support person who told me to “edit” both the payroll administrator’s and the owner’s contact information and make sure that the email addresses were verified.¬† This doesn’t show unless you actually choose to “edit.”¬† Try and see if that is visible.
