Activities section: how do i know if an invoice is viewed

When your customer opens the invoice, it will show as “Viewed” under the Activities section of your invoice. You will see this activity by opening the invoice, scroll down and look for the Activities section.

While you can see if the invoice has been viewed in the Activities section, the specific name of the person isn’t displayed. Only the customer name or company name is shown.
