Activity Table tab: The service date field is not appearing on either printer or email versions of invoices. The service date field is only appearing on the screen I see.

It appears to me that we need to double check your Custom Form Styles setup.

Here’s how:

  1. In the upper right-hand corner, click the gear icon.
  2. Select Custom Form Styles.
  3. Choose a form style and click Edit.
  4. Go to the Activity Table tab.
  5. Put a check mark on Date item.
  6. Click Preview or Print.
  7. Click Save.

That should now make your Service Dates appear in the Date column of your invoice.
