You separately control what you see on screen and what you see in Print Preview/Print/Email output, in List menu  > Templates List, Edit that template. You go to Additional Customization and select what you want to see on Screen and what you want to have in the output.

Additional Customization: How do I change the “price” from $1.5 to $1.50 on the invoices?

Lists | Templates.

Then edit the template you’re using and click Additional Customization.

Then select the Print tab and pick Print Trailing zeros and pick Two from the list.

Additional Customization: Template > Layout Designer : How do you change the order of columns?

Cancel out of Layout Designer, use the button for Additional Customization. Go to the Columns Tab. Resequence here by changing the Numbers. Don’t drag the images.

Additional Customization: On a custom estimate I am trying to move the Qty data field to the left of the description field. Can I move it?

You need to go to Customize (Lists menu > Templates, Edit) and to the Additional Customization, to the Columns tab. Put in new Sequence Numbers. Qty can be Anywhere.
