administrator: Can an Administrator change the Master Admins password? (that person is long gone) If not does anyone know how to get it changed? (Intuit support is stumped…)

You have to do a Password Removal, there is an online tool for that. Otherwise the file has to go to Intuit Data Recovery to have the password stripped.
