Advance Search: How can I search any keyword that is under the message displayed on estimate? It won’t let me under advance search or custom field.

There’s an option to easily locate the customer message.

We can customize the Estimates by Customer Report to find the message displayed on the estimate. Let’s follow these steps below:

  1. Go to the Reports menu and search for Estimates by Customer report.
  2. Click Customize and select Rows/Columns.
  3. Click Change columns, then check the box in Customer/Vendor Message.
  4. Select Run report.

Advance Search: Can I print preview a journal and view it’s effect prior to posting?

  1. Click on the Plus (+) icon.
  2. Select Journal Entry.
